Return Policy
All ticket purchases for the British Restaurant Awards (BRA) 2025 are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, or changes in personal circumstances. In the rare event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. In such a case, refunds will not be issued but ticket holders will be notified of the new event date. In the case of full event cancellation (not rescheduling), ticket holders will be contacted directly with further instructions. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorised by the event organiser in writing. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of the event planning process, including confirmed venue arrangements, supplier commitments, and hospitality provisions.
